How far in advance should we book?
Weekend time slots often book 4–6 weeks in advance, especially during peak winter months. If you have a specific date in mind, we recommend submitting your inquiry as soon as possible so we can hold a window while we finalize details.
What ages are your parties best for?
Most of our parties are for kids ages 5–12, but we’re happy to adapt games for slightly younger or older groups. Let us know the age range of your guests and we’ll build the right mix of activities.
Can we bring our own food and decorations?
Yes. Families typically bring cake, snacks, and drinks, plus any themed decorations. We provide the sports equipment and space; you provide the treats. Please avoid confetti or glitter, and let us know in advance if you plan to have any special items.
What do kids need to wear or bring?
Comfortable athletic clothing and sneakers are perfect—no cleats are needed on our indoor turf. We recommend kids bring a water bottle. We’ll supply the balls, cones, pinnies, and any additional equipment.
What’s your weather or cancellation policy?
Because we’re indoors, weather isn’t an issue. If you need to adjust your date due to illness or unforeseen events, contact us as early as possible. We’ll work with you to find a new time based on availability and our booking terms.
